My review, and the truth :

In the day and age we live in, with overseas customer service call centers and ill informed customer service representatives, I was blown away by Brad Berger's response to my rudely worded complaint, which was later proven totally off base.

He personally contacted me early the next day and explained the situation in great detail, which, once I saw it from his perspective, is totally understandable... and I felt terrible. I had to tuck my tail, admit I was wrong, and apologize. Brad was honest, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the whole ordeal.

I was dead wrong and since then Brad has gone the extra mile to aid me in my decisions regarding my photographic equipment. Best of all, you won't get a scripted slyly worded answer from a poorly informed customer service representative. You will get the truth, which even if it isn't what I want to hear, it's what I need to hear.

I couldn't be happier with Berger Bros., especially considering the service I've received from other retailers lately, including Amazon, who is getting worse and worse.

Support these guys, they deserve it, they care, the owner is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and REACHABLE. Brad didn't hide behind a website and customer service reps making it impossible to contact him. He reached out to me. WHAT A SHOCK IT WAS!!

After dealing with the giant stores lately, I was reminded of the days when when you actually built a relationship with retailers, as I have with Berger Bros.

This is how business is supposed to be done. This is how you establish a relationship built on trust, and the service and excellent communication I've received was what I had looking for and was becoming frustrated as I thought it no longer existed. I am now a loyal customer and I know I'm not merely a number to Berger Bros.

Buy without hesitation!!! Support a family business that cares, and you'll remember what it feels like to be respected as a customer again.
