A little Berger-Bros History 
Berger Bros. was founded in 1951. Originally it was the classic "Mom & Pop" store that carried a modest inventory but offered great customer service. In 1973, the second generation of Berger Bros. was born as Brad Berger took over the reigns, quickly expanding the store and diversifying its merchandise mix. Today, with the addition of video, digital, and other high-tech electronics, Berger Bros. offers the widest range of products at the best possible prices. We now have two Long Island locations, our original Amitville store
(shown in photo) and a new store in Syosset.

Our Success
Our continued success comes from two main places. First, courtesy is paramount, we place customer satisfaction above all. We are proud to say that we are helping the grandchildren of our original customers. Our renowned and professional staff of photographers, videographers, and certified divers can provide hands-on demos and guidance in choosing the best and most appropriate equipment.

Second, we strive to stay on the cutting edge of technology. The world of photography and video is changing rapidly. We constantly meet with our suppliers to see what is new and what is waiting in the wings. We stay ahead so our customers can make informed purchases. This offers our customers real value.

Please keep in mind our retail stores and warehouse contain thousands of items - if there is a specific item you are looking for that is not listed on our site - please call our Mail Order Department. This department is staffed by some of the most knowledgeable sales associates in the industry.
