Concerning Paypal Purchases: Please note that purchases paid with Paypal are instant transactions*. The moment you complete an order, your funds are debited immediately from the payment source(s) you provided on Paypal.
In the event we are out of stock on an item purchased, one of our representatives will let you know via email or by telephone (Monday-Friday). If in the rare event an order can not be fulfilled or you are not satisfied with the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) of a back-ordered item, we will refund your purchase as soon as possible. We honor all of the rules and protections set upon by Paypal and more importantly we honor your trust in us as your photography source. *Paypal payments that are directly debited from a bank account are usually processed as an e-check. This form of payment can take about 7-10 business days to clear and thus orders paid in this fashion won't be processed and shipped until funds are completely transferred. The majority of payments though usually come through Paypal as instant transactions.
