Sunday February 12th
FROM 9:30am - 12pm
At 7 Buck Run St, South Salem, NY 10590, USA
Join us for this special opportunity to photograph wolves at their finest. Winter is when wolves coats are thickest, and with the possibility of a snowy environment, the effect can be dramatic. This workshop is for all nature loving photographers, from novice to advanced, with instruction being offer throughout. We will be close enough so that long lenses are not required to achieve dramatic images, with dugouts and platforms provided to get clear shots.
Here are some general guidelines that we ask you to take into consideration for the workshop:
• Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the workshop. We recommend arriving by 8:45am sharp!
• The workshop is being conducted rain or shine.
• If you are unable to walk up hills, or walk 100-200 yards, please make our staff aware of your situation, so we can make arrangements with the WCC to accommodate you.
• Dress as you would for any field trip: sturdy shoes and clothing for whatever the season demands. Don't forget to bring raingear for both you and your equipment!
• Instructions from the WCC staff must be followed at all times.
• The Wolf Center shares the road with other neighbors. Please be considerate of their property do not turn around in their driveways, or drive or park on their grass.
Instructors: Pete Stegemann and Brad Berger
Cost: $199 (Includes 2 hours of photography at South Salem Wolf Conservation Center)
