The climbing rope is soft and absorbs shocks. My 10mm thick HANDSTRAP will accommodate up to 5 lbs of camera and lens. The Slip Lock design makes HANDSTRAP a one size fits all ring mount. For use on cameras only. Not designed for use in mountain climbing.
