The impressively powerful Hornet 200-CX Omni-Color Open-Face LED Light by Hive Lighting packs a lot of power and versatility into a compact package that can be used in places traditional lights just can't fit. Its compact 8 x 4" form factor is compatible with a wide variety of mounting options and light modifiers, but still manages to put billions of available color combinations at your fingertips with the use of the SHOT app. Instead of the traditional three colors, Hive uses red, amber, lime, cyan, green, blue, and sapphire on its 7-chip array for nearly infinite color combinations and a high CRI/TLCI rating of 98 and 97. Color temperature can be adjusted from a very warm amber 1650K to an icy blue 8000K. Add 360-degree hue adjustment around the color wheel as well as 0-100% saturation control, plus Hive's library of sources matching real life light sources and corrective gels, and animated lighting effects.

 

7-Chip Omni-Color LED

The Hive proprietary 7-chip color array uses a combination of secondary and tertiary colored LEDs to create a more complete and even spectrum than traditional RGBW. A proprietary algorithm combines multiple different colors into a brilliant white-balanced light. Quickly access the entire color temperature with accurate full-spectrum tones.
