Add ultra-lightweight protection and a variety of accessories to your Sony a7S III mirrorless camera with this Standard Cage Kit from SmallRig. The kit includes a lightweight, formfitting magnesium-aluminum camera cage and an HDMI cable clamp.
The camera mounts onto the cage with an integrated 1/4"-20 screw, and it incorporates an anti-twist design with an M2.5 screw on the side padding on the base to protect the camera from scratching. It maintains access to the camera's controls and hot shoe, and it features a variety of mounting options. In addition to one integrated shoe mount and multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory threads, the cage also features NATO rails on the side and integrated strap slots on either side of the cage.
The cage is made from lightweight magnesium-aluminum alloy that only adds 5.5 oz to your camera rig. The HDMI cable clamp mounts onto the cage using a 1/4"-20 screw and prevents your HDMI cable from pulls. An Allen wrench is stored on the bottom via a magnet for tightening the camera screw.
