Shipping Exceptions


PRICE MATCHING
At Berger-Bros we want to be your electronics store. With this in mind, we will compete with any Legitimate Authorized Dealer's pricing. Call our 800-542-8811 number, come into our store, or email Brad Berger.


PRE-ORDER and BACK ORDER Merchandise
Please note all purchases of items marked Pre-Order and Back Order are only charged to your credit card when the item is available to be shipped. In fact you can cancel your order at anytime for any non "special ordered" merchandise.

 


PRICING:

We make every attempt to show accurate pricing throughout the site. However, unintentional errors may occur. If such an error exists on your purchase you will be notified and price corrections will be made.

 


All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is dependent upon availability of merchandise and a credit verification. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice by phone, e-mail or mail and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.

Shipping times represent the time it normally takes your package to arrive from the day we actually send it out, not from the day you submit your order. If your order is urgent please call 1-800-542-8811 for availability.

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Normal processing can between 1 and 3 days, upon verification & approval, your merchandise is shipped out immediately. Berger Bros. offers 3 shipping methods for delivery within the United States. Processing & shipping times do not include non-business days (i.e., Saturdays, Sundays, & holidays).

You can always change your choice of shipping method in order to recalculate the shipping charge before you submit the order to us.

All orders are subject to our approval. We reserve the right to limit quantities. We reserve the right to cancel any order with an issuance of a refund. We are not responsible for typographical or pictorial errors. Prices and availability are subject to change prior to shipment. Should this occur, you will be notified by email or phone, and given the option to accept these changes or cancel the order.

TRACKING NUMBERS

TAX
Items shipped inside New York state will have the proper sales tax added to the order total.
Sales tax is calculated by the percentage charged in the "Ship To" county.

ALTERNATE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
For your protection, all credit card orders are verified for name and address. If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent), please contact your credit card company to create an "Alternate Shipping Address," which is simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. This is done for you security as well as ours. By not having an alternate shipping address on your card your order could be considerably delayed.

SHIPPING ON RETURNS OR REFUSED DELIVERY
Shipping & handling are non-refundable. If your order originally went out as a free freight order and you return the item for a refund or refuse the delivery, our original cost to ship it to you will be deducted from the refund.

OVERSIZED ITEMS
Many are also subject to additional shipping charges on top of those indicated in your purchase total, in which case you will be notified by phone or e-mail regarding the final charge, with the option to confirm or cancel your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently ship to the 50 states and Canada. We would gladly take orders from outside the US over the phone. Please call 1-800-542-8811 to place orders from outside the United States.
